Which devices does iWawa support?

iWawa runs on Android phones and tablets. There is no iPhone or iPad version yet.

What does iWawa actually do?

It turns the device into a kid-safe launcher: you choose which apps and websites are allowed, set screen-time limits, organise a child home screen, and manage the photos, music and videos kids can open.

How do parents exit kids mode?

Tap the control in the lower-left corner of the kids home screen, enter your parent password, and choose Exit to return to normal Android.

Can I set screen-time limits?

Yes. Set daily limits, allowed time periods, session length and rest intervals so the device locks itself when time is up.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. Create a separate profile for each child, each with its own approved apps, websites and time rules.

Is my child's data safe?

iWawa's official policy states it does not ask children for personal information; only limited device and account details are used to run the service.

I forgot my parent password — what now?

Open the Account section to change your password. If you're locked out, use the in-app password help or contact support@iwawakids.com.
