Troubleshooting iWawa

iWawa won't connect to Wi-Fi

If the device can't get online inside iWawa, try these steps:

1. Check that Wi-Fi is turned on and the device is connected to your network in Android settings.
2. Confirm other devices can reach the same network — if not, restart your router.
3. Move closer to the router to rule out a weak signal.
4. Restart the device, then reopen iWawa.
5. Make sure any usable time slot is active — outside allowed time periods the device may be locked, which can look like a connection problem.

Keep iWawa updated

Running the latest version prevents many problems and adds improvements:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for iWawa (or open My apps & games).
3. If an Update button appears, tap it.
4. Turn on automatic updates so iWawa stays current on its own.

How to uninstall iWawa

To remove iWawa, first leave kids mode, then uninstall like any other app:

1. Exit iWawa kids mode: tap the control in the lower-left corner, enter your parent password, and select Exit.
2. Open your device's Android Settings.
3. Go to Apps and find iWawa.
4. Tap Uninstall and confirm.

That's it — iWawa is removed and the device returns to its normal setup.
