Change or reset your parent password

How to change your iWawa parent password from the Account section, and what to do if you forget it.

Your parent password protects every setting in iWawa and is how you exit kids mode. Keeping it current — and knowing how to recover it — keeps your child's device secure. This guide explains both.

Change your parent password

You can update the password whenever you like:

  1. Open the parental control interface and enter your current parent password.
  2. Go to the Account section.
  3. Choose the option to change password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
  5. Save.

Pick a password your child can't easily guess, and store it somewhere safe.

If you forgot your password

If you can't remember your parent password, don't worry — there is a recovery path:

  1. From the password prompt, look for the forgot password or recovery option.
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to verify you are the parent and restore access. If you set up a recovery email when creating your account, the recovery details are sent there.
  3. Once you regain access, change the password right away from the Account section so it's something you'll remember.

If you've tried the in-app recovery and still can't get back in, contact the official iWawa team at [email protected]. They can help you recover access to your account.

For your family's safety, we don't publish any reset codes here — always recover your password through the app or official support.
